1. General

UGOSTITELJSKO TRGOVAČKI OBRT “TURBO” (hereinafter: TURBO of the seller) offers interested parties the opportunity to purchase products through the online store on the website shop.hvs.hr. 

These General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Croatian Law on Consumer Protection, the Croatian Law on Obligations, the Croatian Law on Electronic Commerce, the Croatian Law on Trade, the Croatian Law on Electronic Communications, the Croatian Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection and other applicable regulations and regulate the procedure for the sale of products to the buyer by the seller. 

These General Terms and Conditions represent an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the online shop shop.hvs.hr. 

An integral part of the sales contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the shop.hvs.hr store is also the pre-contractual notification from Art. 60, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22) published on the website shop.hvs.hr. 

The product purchase agreement between the buyer and the seller is concluded the moment the seller receives an electronic message containing the buyer’s statement that he accepts the offer, i.e. at the time of the product order when the seller receives the product order from the buyer. 

The general business conditions that apply to a specific sales contract between the seller and the buyer are those that are publicly published at the time of order confirmation on the website through which the sales contract is concluded. 

The general terms and conditions of TURBO are subject to changes and/or amendments. Any changes and/or additions come into force at the moment of publication on the shop.hvs.hr website. 

Please read the General Terms and Conditions published on the shop.hvs.hr website before each use of the shop.hvs.hr online store and/or purchase from the shop.hvs.hr online store. We will publish any amendment and/or amendment to these General Business Terms and Conditions on the shop.hvs.hr website of the online store, from which moment such amended and/or supplemented version of the General Business Terms and Conditions applies to the use of the shop.hvs.hr online store. The version of the General Business Conditions that was published at the relevant time on the shop.hvs.hr website of the online store is considered valid. 

If you use the online store shop.hvs.hr after the amendment and/or amendment of the General Business Terms and Privacy Policy, it is considered that you are familiar with the amendments and/or amendments, that you understand them and fully accept them. We exclude liability for any damage caused to the customer/user or third parties because of such changes and/or additions. 

TURBO will make a reasonable effort to publish accurate and up-to-date information on the shop.hvs.hr online store website, but we do not assume responsibility for its accuracy and completeness. TURBO is not responsible for damage that may result from the use or inability to use any part of the shop.hvs.hr website or anything published on it and/or added by other users. 

2. Prices

The price of products in the online store is expressed in euros with the corresponding value added tax (VAT). The displayed price of the product does not include the cost of product delivery and/or the cost of postal services, which are charged additionally. 

In the online store, the seller will highlight the amount of the product’s retail price and the price for the unit of measure of the product. 

During the duration of a special form of sale of goods (promotional sale, sale, seasonal discount, etc.), the seller will highlight the price that he applies during the duration of the special form of sale of goods and the lowest price that the seller applied for the same goods during the period of 30 days before the implementation of the special form of sale. 

The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice to the customer, and any possible change will be recorded in a timely manner within the online store. In the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order or the price expressed in the online store for any other reason does not correspond to the actual price of the product, the seller will enable the customer to cancel the purchase, or confirm the new, changed price. 

Provided that you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data (by subscribing to the newsletter) in order for us to better understand your purchasing interests and to send you special benefits in the form of a personalized newsletter, the retail price may be personalized on the basis of an automated decision-making system in such a way that we offer you a discount on products that we think may be of interest to you. 

3. Payment methods 

TURBO offers the following payment methods on the shop.hvs.hr page: 

  1. Payment by credit or debit card 
    1. Ordered products can be paid online with one of these credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. Online payment is made through the Stripe system. 
    2. Instalment payment by credit card is not possible. The entire amount of the order is paid once. 
  2. Cash on delivery payment for orders with delivery on the territory of the Republic of Croatia 
    1. Payment of the entire amount of the product price and delivery costs exclusively in cash to the delivery person during the actual delivery and collection of the product and only for orders with delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. 
  3. Plaćanje općom uplatnicom ili Internet bankarstvom 
    1. Payment by general money order in all bank branches, FINA branches or Croatian Post offices. 
    2. Payment by internet banking of any bank where the possibility of such a payment method is open. 
    3. The customer has the option to pay the amount of the order within 48 hours from the confirmation of the pre-booking of the order. If the payment of the order is not made within the specified period, the order will be cancelled. 

An invoice will be issued after the order has been processed and sent together with the shipment you ordered. 

Online payment security statement 

When paying on the shop.hvs.hr website, users use Stripe – an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards via the Internet. 

The Stripe system ensures complete secrecy of your card and personal data from the moment you enter them in the Stripe payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your internet browser to the bank that issued your card. TURBO never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the Stripe system. The isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data while keeping it completely secure. 

Stripe considers all information collected confidential and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only the data necessary for the performance of the work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment. 

4. Delivery and collection of goods 

TURBO uses the services of various logistics providers in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and other countries of the world to deliver the ordered products. 

For all orders, the seller charges the delivery price according to the table below and calculates it automatically when purchasing the product, i.e. issuing an invoice on which the price of the purchased products and the delivery price are stated.

The seller undertakes to process your order as soon as possible, and not longer than five working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), to process your order and place it in the delivery procedure. 

Upon placing an order for delivery to the logistics provider, the delivery will be carried out according to the general conditions of the delivery service, which the seller has no influence on. 

The seller is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the package via the delivery service. 

The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. 

The shipment is delivered to your address as the recipient, i.e. the driveway, and TURBO cannot influence the exact delivery date. 

If, after 30 days from the payment, you do not receive any notification or delivery of the shipment from us or from the delivery service, you are obliged to inform us so that we can find the shipment or send a replacement. 

If you do not collect the shipment from the delivery service within 5 working days from the day of receipt of the notification about the arrival of the shipment or refuse to collect the shipment without a valid reason, the shipment will be returned to us. If you request redelivery, we reserve the right to charge the cost of redelivery. 

5. Written objection (complaint) 

You have the right to submit a written complaint via electronic mail to the e-mail address webshop@hvs.hr

Without delay, we will confirm the receipt of your complaint in writing via electronic mail, and within 15 days from the day of receiving the complaint, we will respond to the written complaint, clearly stating whether we accept the validity of your complaint. 

Please note that if you do not provide the correct information for submitting an answer to the complaint, we are not responsible for the inability to deliver an answer to the complaint. 

We will keep and keep records of written customer complaints on a permanent medium for one year from the date of receipt of each customer’s written complaint. 

When picking up the delivered product, in the event of visible damage to the shipment, you have the right to refuse to pick it up and request delivery of the undamaged product. Upon receipt of the notification, we will check the status of the shipment with the delivery service as soon as possible in order to send you a new shipment. In this case, you do not bear the cost of shipping a new shipment (replacement product). By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, you confirm that you inspected the product when you picked it up. 

You are obliged to inform us about the existence of visible defects in the product within eight days from the day you discovered the defect, i.e. from the day you received the product (goods). 

If the product has a material defect, you are obliged to provide us with proof of the justification of the complaint; a photo of the product showing a material defect in the product. 

If the product you received has material defects, we will offer you a product replacement, and only if you do not receive the requested product replacement, for reasons established by the Obligatory Relations Act, you have the right to a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund after you return the defective product to us. You do not bear the cost of shipping a new shipment (replacement product) or the cost of returning a defective product. 

If we determine that the complaint is unfounded, we will not deliver a replacement product, that is, we will not lower the price or issue a refund upon termination of the contract. 

If you were delivered goods that were not ordered, you are obliged to provide us with proof of the justification of the complaint; a photo of the product that was delivered and that you did not order. In case of delivery of goods that were not ordered, you have the right to return the goods to us and delivery of the ordered product or return the goods to us and refund the money you paid us for the ordered but not delivered product and for the cost of delivery. We bear the cost of returning the goods to us and/or the cost of shipping the ordered product. 

In the case of a product return, and the product was part of a special form of sale (eg 1 + 1 free), you do not get back the full price of the product, but only the amount you paid for the product. 

Please contact us at the address webshop@hvs.hr for the process of organizing the return of the product after receiving the complaint. 

6. Unilateral termination of the contract 

You can unilaterally terminate the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier. 

In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, you must notify TURBO of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the deadline, by an unequivocal statement sent to the e-mail address webshop@hvs.hr, in which you will state your first and last name, address, phone number, or e-mail address, the IBAN number of the account to which you want the refund to be made, and you can also use the unilateral termination of the contract.

Upon receipt of a request for unilateral termination of the contract, TURBO will send you a confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract without delay. 

If you unilaterally terminate the contract, we will refund you the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we received the decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, unless you have chosen another type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard delivery that we have offered. We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you have provided us with proof that you have sent the goods to us, if they would have been informed of this before receiving the goods. 

The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In the event that you agree to another way of returning the amount paid, you do not bear any costs in relation to the return. 

You are obliged to send the goods to the address Croatian Water Polo Federation, Jarunska ulica 1, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day when you sent us your decision on unilateral termination of the contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. 

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. 

You do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the subject of the contract is: goods that are made according to the customer’s specifications or that are clearly adapted to the customer, easily perishable goods or goods that quickly expire, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery or goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery. 

7. Dispute resolution 

In the event of a dispute, we will try to resolve it peacefully. In the event that we fail to resolve the dispute amicably, Croatian law is applicable and a court in the Republic of Croatia is competent. 

In the event of a dispute in the interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions, the Croatian version shall be authoritative. 

8. Privacy and Security Policy 

TURBO, as the manager of personal data processing, values your privacy and we implement the protection of your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 

Statement on the protection of personal data 

With this Personal Data Protection Statement, we have determined the conditions for processing your personal data, the ways in which these data are processed, on what basis and for what purposes personal data is processed, what are your rights in connection with the processing of personal data and the ways in which these rights can be exercised. 

We process your personal data in compliance with all relevant regulations and applying the principles and conditions of personal data processing established by the General Data Protection Regulation. We collect and process your personal data in a way that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized and/or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage by applying appropriate technical and organizational measures. 

We will publish any amendment and/or amendment to the Privacy Policy on the shop.hvs.hr online store website, from which moment such amended and/or amended version of the Privacy Policy applies to the use of the shop.hvs.hr online store. The version of the Privacy Policy that was published at the relevant time on the shop.hvs.hr website of the online store is considered valid. 

If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, we advise you not to use the online store shop.hvs.hr. By continuing to use our online store, you are deemed to agree to the Privacy Policy. 

Data processing manager 

TURBO, with its registered office at Ulica 22. junija 1941. 10 in Korčula, is the manager of the processing of your personal data. 

Privacy and security rules apply to all your personal data that we collect and process, directly or through our partners. 

Personal data is any data relating to you as a user whose identity is determined or can be determined by identifying directly or indirectly, in particular with the help of identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier or with the help of one or more factors inherent to physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. Data processing is any action performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, inspection and transfer of personal data. 

These rules do not apply to anonymous information, that is, information that does not refer to a user whose identity has been determined or can be determined, or to personal data that has been made anonymous in such a way that the identity of the respondent cannot or can no longer be determined. 

In the following, we will explain in detail the cases in which we process your personal data, on what basis and for what purpose. 

Registration

If you have created a user account on the shop.hvs.hr website, we process the following personal data you provided when registering on the shop.hvs.hr website: first and last name and e-mail address, while the user’s address and phone number will be requested for the delivery of purchased goods. 

We process the personal data of registered users of the shop.hvs.hr website for the following purposes: to enable you to use the services of the shop.hvs.hr website and to deliver the purchased goods to you after the order has been placed. In this case, the basis for processing your personal data is the execution of the contract concluded between us as the seller and you as the buyer. 

When shopping on shop.hvs.hr without registration, we collect data from the aforementioned persons that are necessary for the delivery of the purchased goods and/or for the return of the goods in the event of a complaint or unilateral termination of the contract, and the said data is stored for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. 

Sending an inquiry 

If you want to send an inquiry (message) via the contact form on the shop.hvs.hr website, we process the following personal data you provided when sending an inquiry (message) via the contact form: first and last name, e-mail address and phone number. 

In case of sending an inquiry (message) via the contact form, we process your personal data for the purpose of getting in touch with you in order to respond to the inquiry and/or message sent via the contact form. 

In this case, the basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of TURBO to respond to the inquiry and/or message and provide you with the necessary information about the products and services of TURBO. 

Newsletter

If you have signed up to receive our newsletter or if you are a registered user of shop.hvs.hr, we process the following personal data you gave us when signing up for the newsletter or when registering on shop.hvs.hr: first and last name and e-mail address. 

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following grounds: 

– in order to send you our newsletter, in which you will receive information about our products. In this case, the basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest if you receive the newsletter as a registered user or the consent you gave when signing up for the newsletter, 

– in order to better understand your purchasing interests. In this case, the basis for processing your personal data is your consent, which you gave when signing up for the newsletter. 

At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing by sending an objection to the e-mail address webshop@hvs.hr and after your objection, the personal data will not be further processed for the purpose of direct marketing and will be deleted. 

You can also easily unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter page. In case, due to technical difficulties, the unsubscribe link is not available and/or does not work, you can send the unsubscribe request to the e-mail address webshop@hvs.hr.

Creating a profile 

We point out that the processing of personal data for the purposes of analysis in order to understand your purchasing interests may include the so-called “profile creation”. Such “profiling” refers to any form of automated processing of personal data that evaluates personal aspects related to you such as your personal preferences and interests in shopping, however, based on such processing, decisions are not made that are based solely on automated processing and do not produce legal effects that relate to you or significantly affect you, but based on such data processing, we can only occasionally offer you special benefits in the form of a personalized newsletter so that we can give you a discount for products that we think you might be interested in. The basis for sending such a personalized newsletter with special benefits is your consent, which you gave when signing up for the newsletter. 

Unilateral termination of the contract 

If you unilaterally terminate the contract unilateral termination of the contract or through any other unequivocal statement expressing your will to terminate the contract, we process the following personal data you provided on the form for unilateral termination of the contract or through another unequivocal statement expressing your will to terminate the contract: name and surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, IBAN number of the account to which you want the refund to be made, and the name, surname and address of the account owner. 

We process the aforementioned personal data for the purpose of fulfilling TURBO’s obligations arising from your right to unilateral termination of the contract. 

In this case, the basis for processing the user’s personal data is compliance with TURBO’s legal obligations 

Written objection (complaint) 

If you submit a written objection (complaint) to the delivered product, we process the following personal data: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, in the case of a refund based on an accepted written objection (complaint), the IBAN number of the account to which you want the refund to be made, and the name, surname and address of the account owner. 

We process the aforementioned personal data for the purpose of fulfilling TURBO’s obligations arising from your right to submit a written complaint. 

In this case, the basis for processing the user’s personal data is compliance with TURBO’s legal obligations 

Log files 

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, maintain the shop.hvs.hr website and gather broader demographic data. IP addresses are not linked to any personal data that can be used to identify you. 

Collected demographic data will be available to our media partners. This is not linked to any personal data that can be used to identify you. 

Corrections and updates of personal data 

If your personal data changes, we will promptly, upon your notification, delete incorrect personal data, or correct and update the personal data we have. If you are a registered user, you can also delete incorrect or correct and update your personal data on the shop.hvs.hr website where you registered your user account. 

Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement. 

Notification of changes 

You will be notified in a timely manner of any changes and/or amendments to the privacy and security rules via a publication on the shop.hvs.hr website. 

If we intend to process personal data for a purpose that is different from the one for which the personal data was collected, before further processing we will provide you with information about that other purpose and other necessary information via e-mail. You have the right to refuse the processing of personal data for another purpose. 

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy and security rules valid at the time of personal data collection. 

Transfer of personal data to third parties 

We do not transfer your personal data that we have collected to third parties, except for: 

– for the realization of the goods delivery contract, we will share the data with distribution service providers with whom we cooperate and have signed contracts. The provider of distribution services may ask you for a personal document for inspection and/or record certain information from the document when delivering the goods. If you are not willing to submit such information necessary for the delivery of the package, i.e. proof of the customer, the service or goods will not be able to be performed, i.e. delivered, 

– To the Croatian Water Polo Federation on the basis of contractual relations of sales through the online store shop.hvs.hr and the sale of goods under the marketing label of the Croatian water polo national team, 

– to the sponsors of award contests in the process of handing over awards. If you do not want us to share your personal data with sponsors for such a purpose, we advise you not to participate in such activities, 

– state bodies when there is a legal obligation to do so, 

– the data is available for inspection by the developer company Krikstudio d.o.o. which maintains and enters news into the system, i.e. the online store shop.hvs.hr, 

– payment intermediaries can also view the data: Stripe, 

– on the pages of the online store shop.hvs.hr, which is located on the leased part of the company that provides space on the Internet (SETCOR d.o.o.). 

In cases where we entrust tasks related to data processing to third parties, in order for the same persons to provide you with the product and/or provide the services you requested (for example, delivery of goods) or for other permitted purposes, we make sure that the third party is registered to perform such activities and that it provides sufficient guarantees regarding the protection and confidentiality of data. 

For the purposes of direct marketing (sending newsletters), we use the MailChimp site, where your name and surname and e-mail address may be available outside the European Union, specifically in the United States of America, but always with the provision of adequate protection of personal data, applying appropriate legal (Standard Contractual Clauses) and organizational and technical measures. If you do not want us to share your personal data with our partners and/or you have a complaint about where your personal data is processed, we suggest that you can complain by sending a complaint to webshop@hvs.hr.

How long do we keep your personal data? 

We keep your personal data in an identifiable form only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed, unless you request the erasure of the personal data in which case the personal data will be deleted in its entirety without delay. 

We store your personal data at the latest until the expiration of all legal obligations related to the storage of personal data, after which we will delete or anonymize the personal data. 

The data you provide when using the shop.hvs.hr website is stored on the server of the shop.hvs.hr online store and in the business program to which the employees of that department have access along with codes for accessing the business program. 

We do not dispose of or process your personal data entered for the purpose of processing and charging cards. You can decide to leave data on the pages used for billing, but this data is not on the TURBO servers or within the TURBO software. We advise the user to read the pages that process and record this type of data. 

In relation to the account number, we only process the IBAN number of the account to which you want the refund to be made, as well as the name, surname and address of the account owner, and only in the case of unilateral termination of the contract or an accepted written objection (complaint) for the purpose of refunding the money to the account. In this case, the basis for processing the user’s personal data is compliance with TURBO’s legal obligations 

The right to access personal data 

If you have registered your user account on the Shop.hvs.hr website, you can access your personal data stored on the shop.hvs.hr website at any time, where you can correct, update, change and delete them. Changes to personal data made on the shop.hvs.hr website will be recorded within the business program itself with a delay of 24 hours. 

You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data relating to you and if such personal data are being processed, access to the personal data and the following information: the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data in question, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed or will be disclosed, in particular to recipients in third countries or international organizations, if possible, the intended period during which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period, the existence of the right to request TURBO to correct or delete personal data or limiting the processing of personal data relating to you or the right to object to such processing, the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, if personal data is not collected from you, any available information about its source, the existence of automated decision-making, which includes the creation of profiles and, at least in these cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the importance and anticipated consequences of such processing for the data subject. 

You have the right at any time to request information about which of your personal data we process and have stored by sending a query to the e-mail address webshop@hvs.hr. We will only be able to provide feedback on an inquiry if the inquiry was sent from an active e-mail recorded in the TURBO business software with accurate information in the e-mail, all in order to protect you from the possibility of exposing your personal data to a third party. 

The right to correct personal data 

You have the right to obtain from TURBO the correction of incorrect personal data relating to you without undue delay. Taking into account the purpose of the processing, you have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement. 

In this case, you can request the correction and/or addition of personal data by sending a request to the e-mail address webshop@hvs.hr.

The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of personal data 

You have the right to request TURBO deletion of personal data at any time. You can do this by sending a request to the e-mail address webshop@hvs.hr and your personal data will be deleted without undue delay, except in the case that the processing is necessary due to legal obligations, in which case we will delete your personal data no later than after the expiration of all legal obligations related to the storage of personal data. 

Any request for deletion, correction or termination of data processing will be forwarded to third parties with whom personal data has been shared, so that they too can act on your request. 

The right to limit the processing of personal data 

You have the right to request TURBO restriction of personal data processing at any time if, for example, you dispute the accuracy of personal data, then the processing is limited to the period that allows us to check the accuracy of personal data, then if you consider that the processing is illegal and you object to the deletion of personal data and instead request a restriction of their use, or if we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but you require them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If the processing is limited, such personal data may only be processed with your consent, with the exception of storage, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or protect the rights of another natural or legal person or due to an important public interest of the Union or a member state. 

We will communicate any correction or deletion of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data to any recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or requires a disproportionate effort. We will notify you of these recipients if you request it. 

The right to object

Security measures for the protection of personal data 

The collected data is protected in electronic form with an SSL certificate that encrypts the data and thus ensures that the communication between your computer and TURBO takes place using a secure protocol without the possibility of third-party access to the data. We take data protection extremely seriously and use all advanced technologies to keep your data protected. We implement all reasonable measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee the protection of information transmitted to or from the Internet, therefore we exclude responsibility for information received in such a way by a third party. We store data within the European Union, and only exceptionally, due to the use of the MailChimp site for sending newsletters, in the United States of America, but always with the provision of adequate protection of personal data, applying appropriate legal (Standard Contractual Clauses) and organizational and technical measures. Any violation of these terms may result in the violation of intellectual property rights or other rights, and may lead to the initiation of legal proceedings, including criminal and/or misdemeanor prosecution, against the violator. TURBO General Business Terms and TURBO Privacy Policy are subject to changes and/or amendments. Any changes and/or additions come into force at the moment of publication on the shop.hvs.hr website.
